THE STATION
107FM is a broadcasting service delivered by HK Media & Training Ltd. It is a community radio station licensed by Ofcom, the regulator, and authority for the UK communication industries. The radio station is a not-for-profit organisation that is staffed by volunteers.
All community stations in the UK have obligations to abide by the conditions of its licence and to ensure that the terms set out in the Ofcom broadcast code are adhered to.
With regards to its programmes, including music and local content, these are set out in this station’s key commitments and are available upon reasonable request by post.
HK Media & Training is a limited company registered with Companies House as an active company in the UK registration number 12982637.
HK Media & Training Ltd is operated in accordance with the companies Memorandum or Association, registered with Companies house and approved by Ofcom as our media regulator. It is the responsibility of the board of directors to facilitate the complaints procedure at all times.

If you have a complaint about anything 107FM or HK Media & Training does on air you should in the first instance complain to the programme director for investigation and resolution: Pete Mills – pete.mills@hkmtraining.co.uk.
Your complaint with be dealt with by our complaints procedure and you can expect a response to your complaint in timely fashion. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to Ofcom. Details can be found on their website, www.ofcom.org.uk.
The Station programme schedule is regularly reviewed to ensure it meets the expectations of the community it serves. Sometimes due to presenter availability, last minute, unannounced changes to the schedule may occur. The majority of our programming is produced locally, we may also air other content that is not produced locally.
107FM will broadcast a national news bulletin on the hour 24/365. This service is supplied by Sky News. The audio and journalistic content of these bulletins is the sole responsibility of Sky News and is beyond the control of 107FM in terms of audio and journalism.
